4 Bandits BBQ

We are a  catering and vending team located in the Lehigh Valley with a pure passion for great BBQ that is made from the heart.  Our greatest influence and support has come from our friends and family that have been saying for years "that is the best BBQ I have ever eaten, you should start your own business.  So, Sam and I have begun a fantastic journey opening our own slow smoked BBQ catering and vending company.  The 4 bandits represents our 4 wonderful children that support us 100%.  

We start with grade "A" USDA recommended ingredients that make for the best BBQ, our BBQ pit nicknamed "Black Beauty" can cook over 500 lbs. of quality food at one time.  We make our own BBQ rubs and sauces to enhance the food that is being cooked low and slow to perfection.  We use natural woods such as apple, hickory, maple, oak, plum, cherry and peach to create a perfect match to the food that is being smoked.

Our mission is simple, serve the highest quality food that satisfies everyone and create a fun environment for everyone involved.
